Refund Proof Pieces

Requirement 1: You watched every video in the program. Submit at least one page of notes (typed, font 12, at least 400 words) from the lessons in the form of a Google Doc or Dropbox link. Please paste the viewable Google Doc or Dropbox link to your document, below.

Requirement 2: For every week that you were in the program, submit the recordings of your Daily Vocal Warmups (at least 3 recordings per week). You may paste YouTube links, Vimeo links, Google Drive or Dropbox links (with preview functions turned on).

Requirement 3: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your needs. What part of the program did not meet your expectations?

Please note, we will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 15 days following the date of purchase. After day 15, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.

Please note: If you choose a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 15 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments.

If we determine that you are entitled to a refund according to this policy, Voiceplace will promptly refund your money via PayPal. Please include a working PayPal address for your refund, along with your Refund Proof Pieces.

If you receive a refund, it will immediately terminate any and all licenses that granted you the use of the material provided to you under this Agreement. You will immediately stop using the material and destroy all the information provided to you, including but without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, PDFs, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

All refunds are up to the discretion of Voiceplace, Inc.

I agree that I have submitted all of the required documents that make me eligible for a refund. I understand that submission of ALL of the required documents listed above does not guarantee a refund if I did not submit active links and legitimate information. Further, I agree that I am responsible for ALL payments agreed to at the time of purchase if my refund request is after 15 days or if Voiceplace, Inc. deems my request to be not complete as outlined in the terms and conditions.
