Pitch Perfect Refund Policy

 
We’re committed to getting you results from our Pitch Perfect Program. However, results require that you show up, practice, and implement what we teach. Voiceplace, Inc honors a 45-DAY LOVE IT guarantee for the Pitch Perfect Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms:

In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the program and it did not work for you. By or before 11:59 PM EST on the 45th day after your purchase, you can contact our team at [email protected] to make your refund request.

You must include all Refund Proof Pieces with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and have not submitted those Refund Proof Pieces by the 45th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The Refund Proof Pieces that you need to submit along with your refund includes all of these items:

  • Requirement 1: You attended or watched every live workshop since the start of the program. Submit at least one page of notes (typed, font 12, at least 400 words) from each of the group coaching calls
  • Requirement 2: For every week that you were in the program, submit the recordings of your Daily Vocal Warmups (at least 3 recordings per week)
  • Requirement 3: For every week that you were in the program, upload your completed homework worksheets and, where applicable, screenshots of your homework posts in the Facebook group (Including, but not limited to) your completed Baselines Assessment and Roadmap Worksheets
  • Requirement 4: Upload your written pitch, with notes showing where you followed Roger’s technique exactly.
  • Requirement 5: Upload the video of you delivering your pitch, and afterwards, explain where you followed Roger’s delivery techniques exactly.
  • Requirement 6: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your needs. What part of the program did not meet your expectations?

We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 45 days following the date of purchase. After day 45, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.

Please note: If you choose a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 45 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments.

When we determining that you are entitled to a refund according to this policy, Voiceplace will promptly refund your money via PayPal. Please include a working PayPal address for your refund, along with your Refund Proof Pieces.

If you receive a refund, it will immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement. You will immediately stop using the material and destroy all the information provided to you, including but without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, PDFs, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

All refunds are up to the discretion of Voiceplace, Inc.
